Hi, I have just discovered the same blockage issue with the grey water, having left the drain valve open for a few months over winter and only emptied the odd tea mug down the sink (I use tea bags, and wash greasy items at home), so a bit perplexed by how or why the blockage has occurred now. Maybe an accumulation from previous owner.
From the useful information provided on this thread, the technique of reverse flushing through is defeated by the presence of the breather tube. Since this tube is terminated just below the sink, would it be easier to disconnect it there and plug it first, compared to having to access the lower connection near the valve which sounds really difficult? Then the water pressure "should" act directly on the blockage itself?
