Unable to use rear electric seat without engine running.

The electric seats in the rear do not work unless the engine is running. The leisure battery is full. The vehicle is new, so maybe the battery isn’t connected? Any ideas, most welcome.

See if your fridge works when the engine is off. If not, then the battery isn't connected or there's a wider problem - sadly it could be software. If it's a new vehicle, I'd get MB to sort it out in the first instance.

Thanks for the reply, battery is connected but MBAC only works when engine is running. So I think I will take it back to MB as it is only 2 weeks old.
