Just back from a three day break at the campsite at Findhorn, Scotland. The area is absolutely stunning and the Moray Coast is simply beautiful.
nice pubs and walks around and the camp facilities were clean and modern. Only criticism was that if you go at peak times be aware that the pitches are ridiculously close together. We had our Vango Driveaway awning and if the pitches either side of us were being used there’d be no room between pitches. Also although findhorn is as quiet a village as they come for some reason the road in and out which bypasses the campsite is busy all day until at least the local pubs close.
not sure I’d return to the campsite itself but the area is wonderful.
