XXL RIDGEMONKEY

can anyone tell me if the XXL fits the hob without issues to glass and knobs. I've placed a template on it but does seem touch and go.
I know it fits the VW enemies and very much the same dimensions

I've not tried mine on the MP hob yet as I have cooked outside this year so far. It should fit as even though its XXL its not that big. They are great though, did cheese toasties and they came out really well, not that this is the height of our cooking capabilities! Certainly less mess with it closed.

I've got the small toast griddle and the deeper pot, which I got this morning.
I'm worried the size will sit over the knobs
The tackle shop didn't have the largest one in to try.

Just checked and mines the XL not XXL, so about 100mm difference in size (Didn't know there was an XXL or I would have had that!), so not going to be much help.
