Why I would have bought a Marco Polo

After weeks of poor experiences with Mercedes dealerships I finally found a dealership in Reading that understands the product and provided an excellent service. So why the “would have”?. Well, I decided I would wait for the Facelift version of the MP to be launch, however in the mean time a Brand new, fully spec,d California Ocean with 4motion came up. It was virtually the exact campervan I had spec,d up myself. Although I am extremely happy with my purchase, I do feel some regret that I finally found a first class dealership and could not place my business with them. So if anyone reading this post is considering purchasing the MP give Reading a try as they are making great efforts to offer the level service you would expect.

Sounds like i'm suffering a similar experience to you have with Mercedes dealers. Did my best to buy a demonstrator MP whilst I was away in America a few weeks back but unfortunately, the dealer didn't seem to want to take my money.

I can cope with dealers being less knowledgeable about the Marco Polo as I'm happy to do my research on here but the majority of enquiries I have made in the past few months mostly result in failed promises to call back or are simply ignored.

Did you get any indication from Reading on when orders of the new facelift are due to arrive?

I heard from another that said the prices and specs are now in but he couldn’t open the files?

The new specs are in but the prices are not firm.
