I have a 2021 Marco Polo, the MBUX screen repeatedly tries and fails to load. In the dealers yesterday for a software update which they also repeatedly tried and failed to install, booked in for another attempt in two weeks. Not clear to me or them whether the screen problem and software install will solve whatever is wrong, or could it be the fault with the screen is stopping the software install. Has anyone else had this problem?
