Marco Polo electric rear door not powerful enough to open

Greetings, just today I tried to open the rear door and initially I had to help it to open as it seems it doesnt have enough power to open by itself. Afterwards I tried a few times more and the same issue. Anybody experienced the same? Thanks.

Yes, we had exactly the same problem. New struts fitted by MB under warranty.
If yours is still within the warranty period I would report it to your dealer asap.

@Blackrat I was going to say I remember a long thread on here about struts, It was probably yours. Not come across this very often though, but agree, back to dealer. Luckily for us/those on extended warranties it should be covered as its a V class part if it happens.
