DVLA road tax classification of Marco Polo

Hi has anyone managed to changed the DVLA road tax classification of their Marco Polo, it should be a campervan but is classified as a MPV?

We applied to the DVLA earlier this year but application was rejected. Ours is a 2019.

We imported our MP from France. Registration Certificate dated 01/05/21 - The Vehicle Details state : Body Type - Motor Caravan
: Taxation Class - Private/Light Goods (PLG).
