Captains seats

What a faff I am finding them, has anyone got any hints and tips to make the process easier?

Will post a pic soon of the underside but it looks like I’ve got the tip of the lever missing.

do they swing in towards the inside of the car or out to the doors?

When you get used to it all will be fine !
The passenger side rotates clockwise and the driver side anticlockwise.
Make sure that the seat backs are as upright as possible and when rotating use the lever and forward/back bar to adjust the seat position on the slider as the seats are rotated.
It also helps to do this with the vehicle doors open to allow more space to access the lever/bar

Got it. For some reason the loom under my seat is not able to lock onto the underside of the seat. Looks like the clips are broken. All electrical connections are sound. I suspect some operator misuse at some point. I’ll cable tie them in place and take note of the seat positions to allow free rotation of the chairs.

I rotate them so infrequently that I forgot the way they move. This despite there being stickers on the door jams to advise lol

it’s crap getting old.

also the lever handle button had manage to come off. I found that I. The base of the seat. All sorted now thanks.
