Very pleased you had a good experience with your dealer. I have to say though that your experience seems to buck the trend on here. In general, most Mercedes dealers selling the Marco Polo seem to be pretty hopeless. Product knowledge is poor or non-existent; the handover often takes 5 or 10 minutes instead of 2 hours; like a lot of so-called premium brands, they think they’re doing you a favour.

Fortunately, my local dealer in Dorchester (which wasn’t the supplying dealer) has provided me with excellent service so far.
